Vodka Hibiscus Martini

ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Caryopsis Vodka
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. hibiscus tea
3 dashes of Fee Foam
Ice
Optional garnish: Hibiscus leaf powder

instructions

Place all ingredients except ice in a shaker. Shake well to induce foaming.
Add ice and shake until cold.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain into chilled coupe glass.
To garnish, dust with Hibiscus leaf powder if desired
