Strawberry Martini

with Chocolate-Strawberry Meringue

ingredients

oz. Caryopsis Vodka
1 oz. strawberry simple syrup *recipe in previous posts
Chocolate strawberry Meringue *recipe below
Ice

To Build

Make meringue. Add ice, vodka, & simple syrup to a shaker. Shake until shaker it frosty. Pour into glass of choice.
Top with meringue and garnish as desired. (I used drops of the simple syrup and tiny homegrown strawberries as my garnish)

*Chocolate Strawberry Meringue
1 egg white (or substitute)
4-5 drops @feebrothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1/4 oz. strawberry simple syrup

Place all ingredients into a container and foam or whip into soft peaks.
