Chocolate de mesa Martini

(Mexican Drinking Chocolate Martini)

Martinis:
* 2 oz Caryopsis vodka

* Mexican hot chocolate sauce

* Grated chocolate to decorate glasses

To build the Chocolate Martinis:
1. To rim your glass. Moisten rim with sauce. Turn the glasses upside down and dip them into the grated chocolate, twisting them around so you get more chocolate on the rim.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
3. Add 4 oz. of chocolate sauce, 2 oz of vodka  Shake it vigorously for 30 seconds.
4. Pour into decorated glass and Serve
