Stormy Flapper Pomegranate Cocktail

ingredients

 * 2 bar spoons fig spread

*  1 mint leaf, plus an extra for garnish

*  1 oz. Flapper’s Reserve Gin 

*  1 oz. Pomegranate Vine Shine

*  1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

*  1 egg white or vegan alternative

instructions

Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well to induce foaming.
Add ice and shake until cold.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain into chilled coupe glass.
