Preachers Cut

The inspiration behind the brand:

The Preacher's Cut

The angels get their share, and the devil gets his cut, what’s left is the distilled result of pure perfection:

The Preacher’s Cut. It’s the purest cut crafted for the conflicted soul; with an unmatched flavor found in familiar contradictions. Charred white oak from the fires of hell meets a secret blend of grains and cane, double column distilled and barrel finished for less than one year.

Hints of marshmallow, maple, light oak, and remarkably smooth - it’s anything but predictable and everything but by-the-book.

The Preacher's Cut XO

Perhaps the angels left their share. Maybe the devil didn’t get his cut.  For all we know the planets aligned perfectly. We will never really know.  Most likely it had to do with the idyllic fermentation, flawless environmental temperature, the unparalleled roasting of the oak, and the magnificent way it all settled down together.  This batch, the XO just aged a very special and unique way.  Never to be repeated.  Never say never but…

We said the XO was never to be repeated.  We did say never say never.

And now our master distiller has done it!

We believe that the angels left their share AND the devil didn’t get his cut.  While the planets aligned perfectly, we had the idyllic fermentation, flawless environmental temperature, unparalleled roasting of the oak, and a spectacular way it all settled down together.

This batch, the X aged just as the XO had, a very remarkable and distinctive way.
