Hot Buttered Toddy Batter

·    1 Pound of Butter

·    1 pound Powdered Sugar

·    1 Pound of Brown Sugar

·    1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

·    1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

·    ½ Teaspoon Clove

·    ½ Teaspoon Allspice

·    1 Pint Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, softened (Bryers lactose free is a great alternative!)

Melt butter.  Add powdered sugar and brown sugar.  Mix well.  Add cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and allspice.  Mix well.  Add softened ice cream and mix well.

Place mixture into freezer safe container.  Stores for 3-4 weeks. 

To use: Place large spoonful of batter into mug, add splash (1 oz.) of Apple Pie Liquor, and add boiling water to fill.  Mix well and enjoy!
