Lavender Lemon Drop

ingredients

2 ounces Caryopsis Vodka
1 ounce lemon juice (The lemon was introduced to the Americas in 1493)
1 tablespoon lavender simple syrup @sonomasyrupco
Optional garnish: lavender sprig

to build

in a cocktail shaker:
Add the vodka, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup,
and fill the shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lavender sprig...
