Lemon Meringue Cocktail

Ingredients

* 2 oz. Caryopsis Vodka
* 1 oz. simple syrup
* 2o z. lemon juice
* 1/ oz. half-and-half or cream
* 1 egg white
* 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Whip egg white and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Fill a shaker 3/4 full with ice. Add the Caryopsis Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cream, to shaker; Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds or until chilled. Double Strain into glass. Top with Meringue and torch lightly. Serve immediately and enjoy
