Hazelnut Vodka Sour

ngredients

* 2 ounces Caryopsis Vodka
* 1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
* 1/2 ounce Sonoma syrup co Hazelnut simple syrup
* 1 egg white or alternative
* Garnish: 3 drops Angostura bitters (I tried to spray for a honeycomb look)

Instructions

lace all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake or use a foaming device. Add ice and shake to chill. Pour into glass. Drop 3 drops of bitters on top of the foam (or spray if you like). Breathe in the aroma, sip, and enjoy!
