Lusty Lady ~ Rapscallion Style
ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Flapper Gin
1 oz. Lime juice
1/4 oz. lavender simple syrup
1/4 oz. Pomegranate Grenadine simple syrup
2 dashes bitters of choice
1 egg white or any alternative you like (fee foam and a little water, aquafaba , etc.)
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake for 30 sec - 1 min (or use a foaming whip like I do). Add ice and shake until chilled.
