Cocktail ingredients

* 1 1/2 ounces Flapper Gin

* 1 ounce Pomegranate Vine Shine

* 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice

* 2 dashes bitters of your choice

Foam ingredients

* 1 fresh egg white or 1 ounce pasteurized liquid egg whites or 6 dashes Fee Foam
* 1/2 ounce Pomegranate Vine Shine

To build Cocktail

* Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
* Combine egg whites or Fee Foam and Pomegranate Vine Shine in a separate shaker and dry shake vigorously (with no ice), for 30 seconds until foamy. Top the cocktail with foam and serve
